Why colouring?

Colouring has similar benefits for the brain as other mindfulness practices, such as yoga and meditation. It can effectively calm the fight or flight response of the sympathetic nervous system.

When we are in a relaxed state, we are more open and receptive to learning and retaining information.

I just love the new Brain Colouring Book! As a pediatric psychologist and scientist, I have seen firsthand the benefits of engaging children in the process of learning about the brain. This Brain Colouring Book provides a fun and interactive way for kids (and adults!) to learn about brain anatomy, function, and connectivity.

What sets this Brain Colouring apart is its attention to detail and accuracy. The creators’ extensive background in neuroscience ensures that the brain images presented in this colouring book are scientifically accurate and up-to-date. Additionally, the illustrations are visually appealing, making the learning experience even more enjoyable.

I highly recommend the Brain Colouring Book to educators, parents, and anyone looking for a fun and educational activity that fosters an appreciation of the brain and its functions. It's an excellent resource that can help spark interest in neuroscience and inspire future scientists."
